It's newly remodelled and perfectly clean hotel, with warm atmosphere and ideal location right in front of the metro. Extremely helpful and very helpful staff members are in assisting us on several occasions.

Very well located hotel, 3 mins walk from the subway. Very friendly and polite service, helped us with a personal request. . The great room, triple, as we had requested - but spacious, with a great sofa bed - differentiated spaces and large. Well the bathroom, separate from the room. . We do not use breakfast, in our case, but there is a courtesy coffee machine very useful when you want to take a coffee just get up, we appreciate it! Next to the hotel there is a cafeteria-restaurant (Los Torreznos), with a great service for breakfast or late night drinks (they close the kitchen at 00.00!). The hotel has an inclusive staff policy, obviously committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace. I think it's great! And besides, they recycle! Bravo.
As the only "negative" to say the least, they changed all the bath towels in the room daily (a courtesy that is certainly "appreciated"), but which we had not asked for - and which can be considered additionally for water saving. But "negative" in quotes.

Modern and well located hotel, perfectly adapted to people with functional diversity (disability). A number of disabled people also work here, which I think is great. (Formerly ONCE Foundation group, now ILUNION). The decoration of the breakfast room is perfect. It even has tables specially designed for people with reduced mobility. The buffet was more than correct. The towels have a good weight . The mattress (hotel standard pikolin) fulfills its function perfectly. It has two pillows per person. The shower control has very good pressure and is perfectly regulated. Correct built-in wardrobe. . Safe and courtesy water in the fridge . The employees are very friendly, especially the lady at the reception.
Slightly small room, but enough. The hot buffet is to order, even if they do it on the spot. The corridors at the entrance to the hotel are a bit overwhelming, with changing lights (it's a psychological feeling). I would prefer a shower to a bath.

spacious family room, with a separate room from the living room and a huge separate dressing room to leave clothes, luggage, etc. so that everything is not in the way. It is the largest and most comfortable hotel room I have ever been in with my family (couple + 2 small children). quiet, overlooking a kind of inner courtyard. I don't know if the neighbouring rooms were empty, fact is that during our whole stay we didn't hear a single noise from the street or from the hotel. hotel is modern, beautiful and clean. Good communication by subway to the city center and also has services around (bars, restaurants, supermarkets... friendly staff.
Watch out for the parking lot! price of 23 euros per day is a special price for the hotel but the parking, although it has direct access to the hotel by the elevator, is another independent company. Nobody informed me that I had to get my ticket stamped by the hotel, neither at the reception nor in the garage (although I identified myself as a hotel client, when I arrived and when I paid). I was charged 60 euros for a 47-hour stay. I subsequently wrote to the hotel telling them what had happened and Director called me apologising and indicating that he was going to mediate with the car park manager, who called me back and, after giving him the account number, reimbursed me for the overcharge. It was my only incident at the hotel and many times the important thing is not the mistakes but how you react when you make them and in this case the answer was correct.

facilities are very good and breakfast is varied. staff has given us a lot of attention when we have needed information about travelling by metro. On arrival they did not give us a room with a bath, next day we asked for a change of room with a bath and shower and we were attended to. With regard to the water economy, it would not be bad to eliminate the bathtubs from all the rooms. In this second room, more spacious than the first one, we realized that the Wi-Fi was not working as well as in the first one. staff in the breakfast room was very friendly. pictures are from the first room.
Wi-Fi. . . We stayed in this hotel even though we knew there were no smoking rooms. On the first night I saw a little notice that in case of smoking, we would ask for a change of room at the reception. When we spoke to the reception, we were told to disregard this information because smoking is not allowed in the hotel. This is perfect for us but I recommend removing this notice available in the room.
